Trey Songz's Anticipation Dropped 2day!!!

Today at 12:30AM, the moment that my fellow Treymates and I had been waiting for happened. Trey Songz dropped his Anticipation mixtape! Anyone that follows Trey or views his Ustream broadcasts, know that this project was very personal to him. Trey is all about his fans, and wanted to remind us all of why we love him! He wanted to give his fans “Anticipation” as a pre-album to get them hyped for his album “Ready” that is slated to drop August 4th 2009. The album art alone has got me hooked! Yummy!

So how is the music you ask? The mixtape is 12 songs of Songz. He did all original music and left the “Songzmixes” that we know and love at the door. In true Trey fashion, there are a few songs that listeners can put in put in their “special” playlist on their computers, ipods, mp3 player, etc. Trey shows his sexy sensual side in songs such as “Scratchin Me Up”, “On Top”, “Make It Rain” and the very soulfully sexy “You Belong To Me”. He even has a very sexy short named “Showerlude”. (I’ll leave that to your imagination.) Don’t get it twisted it’s not all about sex. Songs such as “Infidelity” and “Yo Side of the Bed” show Songz’s ability to care for the woman he loves. “She Ain’t My Girl” is a fun upbeat portrayal of Songz’s pursuit of a girl that is in a relationship, but he just can’t seem to quit. The addition of Sammie on the track makes it a breath of fresh air to the R & B game. Overall Anticipation is something you can bump in your car or play when you’re “watching movies” with that special person. I’ve listened to nothing but “Anticipation” all day. My Name is Evol_1 and This is My Blog!

Hello readers, and welcome to the inside of my mind. Before I start ranting and raving like a crazy person, I thought it would be nice to get to know me a little better, for those that don’t already.

My name is Vivie. I’m 20 going on 24.lol. I’m currently a graphic design major at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh-Online division. (It’s a mouthful I know.) It’s ok being an online student. What I don’t get in the socialization of campus living, I make up for with multiple choice quizzes and the absence of worrying for finals. I go to class when I want and do homework when I want. It’s pretty easy. I could go on about school forever, but I won’t.

I started this blog for the same reason everyone else who has a blog does. I have a lot to say, but when I talk to people about it, they either don’t listen or I talk them to death.lol. I love to write, so this seemed like a good deal. I’m a writer in a lot of aspects. I write songs, poetry, and stories. I’m currently working on a book, to be honest, I’m really proud of it. When I’m not writing or talking, I’m either drawing or listening to music. Music is my life! A lot of people say that, but with me it’s true. I’m a lover of all music; you’ll see that when I do song and music video reviews. Drawing is another talent of mine. I’m working on improving my skills and learning new ones.

My personality is truly unique, it’s dark yet happy.lol. I really can’t explain it. I think deep and often. I love to laugh and make those around me laugh as well. So, if some of my posts seem random, it is because I’m a random and goofy person. Before you get creeped out by my name, relax. EvoL_1 is something my best friend came up with it in high school. If you look, you see that “evil” is spelled E-v-o-L. Spell it backwards, it’s “Love”. It’s a creative play on words. =) My title isn’t meant to be creepy or emo sounding at all. “Silent screams. Booming words” is just basically saying that my voice is silently screaming for people to listen, but my written words are loud enough to make people listen. =)

So this isn’t your normal, everyday gossip blog. I’m going to write about everything. Some things I hear. Some things I saw. Even some things I feel. It’s a blog for the masses. So sit back, relax and enjoy the show. =)
